Beverly-Grant is a second generation family owned construction firm.  Its roots lie in the founding of Grant Construction Company in 1955 by Robert Grant, a local residential builder.  Following in that tradition, Beverly-Grant has continued to provide construction services for distinctive custom homes.

Beverly-Grant provides construction services in the Southeastern United States and is headquarted in Asheville, North Carolina. 85% of our annual volume is from Repeat Clients.  The company also provides lease facilities.
